How far are you from the beach?
Our hotels are about 700 meters from the beach, 10 minutes walking.
Do you have Wi-Fi Internet connection?
Yes, in all hotels and free of charge both in common areas and in the rooms.
Do you have a swimming pool?
The Cuco and Sol y Sombra hotels share a large swimming pool located in front of both buildings. Hotel Sol y Sombra has also recently opened its own rooftop pool and jacuzzi. Hotel Olympus has its own pool also located on the top floor. Guests may use any of them.
Do you have parking or a place to park my car?
Yes, our hotels have optional parking at a cost of 15€/day. If you want a parking space when staying with us, you can request it upon arrival at reception. Spaces are limited. Due to availability reasons, it is not possible to reserve in advance.
Is there a childrens entertainment?
Yes, from June 15th until September 15th in the evenings and nights. Check the program in more detail at reception.
I arrive in Alicante by plane or train, how can I get to your hotels?
If you come by plane, you can take the bus line with a direct connection from Alicante Airport to the Benidorm Bus Station. If you come by train, you can reach Benidorm by TRAM (Alicante metropolitan train), by the direct shuttle service from Beniconect, or by an ALSA bus from the Alicante bus station (15 minutes walking from the train station).
How far is public transport?
You have the TRAM (Alicante metropolitan) station 10 minutes walking from the hotel, which connects to cities such as Altea, Finestrat, Calpe, Villajoyosa, Gandía or Alicante. There is also a city bus stop 5 minutes away, with routes to the beach, shopping center, bus station, or theme parks such as Aqualandia or Terra Mítica.

By 12 noon at the latest.

What time can we enter the room on the arrival day?
We start delivering room cards between 12:30 pm and 1:00 pm and it usually does not take longer than 2:30 pm (according to current Tourism Regulations, it will never be later than 4:00 pm). Keep this in mind when planning your arrival. If you arrive earlier, you will likely have to wait.
Do you offer family rooms?
Yes, we offer rooms for up to 4 people.
Do the rooms have sea views?
No, our hotels are not located on the beachfront.
Do all rooms have a terrace?
No, most of our rooms are exterior, although we also have interior ones.
Is there Wi-Fi in the rooms?
Yes, in all our hotels and it is free, both in common areas and in the rooms.
How are the beds arranged in the rooms?
It depends on two factors: the number of people staying in the room and bed availability. Normally, and in most cases, if there are two occupants, the room will have a double bed. If there are more, the room may be equipped with individual extra beds or another double bed. If you have a specific preference, please inform the hotel reception at least two days in advance by phone.
Do you have room service?
No, our hotels do not offer that service.
What are the housekeeping service hours?
Room cleaning is done daily in the mornings.

Yes, all our hotels are advised and certified by ACECOVA and we offer more than 60 dishes suitable for coeliac guests. Our staff, with specific training, personalizes the service to ensure maximum food safety.
What are the restaurant hours?
Hours vary slightly depending on the season and the hotel. Contact us by email or phone and we will inform you of the schedule for your stay.
If I go on an excursion, can I request a picnic?
Yes, if you will not be at the hotel during one of your contracted restaurant services, you can request a picnic the day before, before 7 p.m. at reception.
If I have Full Board, is lunch included on the last day?
It depends. If you had lunch on the arrival day, on the departure day you will only have breakfast. If on the first day you only had dinner, then you may enjoy lunch on the last day. Specify it during check-in at reception.
Do you have lactose-free milk?
Yes, if you are lactose-intolerant, inform our dining staff and we will adapt to your needs 🙂
